Never again, placed order on 3/21 it is now 4/6 and it just arrived in Vegas, I live in NJ so I guess I should have it by Christmas...smh

Package been sitting in same hub for two days 3 to five day delivery its still sitting in georiga at least another three days or more before getting it

Conroe TX is the only place that you know is likely to lose your package; claim that a 43 year old address is invalid; and carry your package on the truck for a full week according to their tracking data. Go UPS and Fedex … it’s the only way to go.

Tracking is horrible. Most recent update is from 2 days ago on April 4th package was suppose to arrive on April 2nd and I still don’t have it and it April 6th and the tracking number is useless

USPS has gone WAY DOWN HILL since DeJoy is Post Master General. He SHOULD BE FIRED for such sloppy work and allowing his employees to be so DE MOTIVATED. FIRE DEJOY and get our Mail people back on track ! This is the WORST!!!

Horrendous, I strive to get ups or fedex deliveries, but once in awhile I have so.etging shipped usps and absolutely never recieve it on time or returned to sender ! Guess that's what we get from a government agency
