I paid 9.00 to have card delivery expedited. Package did not leave Maine on Saturday as OFFERED. Package was to arrive on Tuesday at latest. Wednesday report shows Package; which is a card, still being processed in NC

Mailed certified letter on March 23rd and it's April 5th and they haven't received it. Sitting in distribution center in Sioux Falls SD. Same town it needs to be delivered to.

I paid an additional $35 for express shipping to have my package arrive in time or a special occasion. The occasion has passed a week ago, and there’s still no sign of it. Tracking is only updated every 2-3 days. Not acceptable.
