Package says it was left in locked mailbox. No package. Went to website to determine further action and the website is basically a litany of excuses (ie. Look everywhere, tracking could be wrong, wait until mail comes) They delivered a second package but evidently forgot about actually delivering the first

Package arrived in the distribution hub for my area Saturday. Monday is gone and it still hasn’t left. Will take legal action if my package got lost.

Accurate every time I use it.

The mail has gotten worse. They don't deliver parcels on time. And they lie and say they tried to deliver, but was unsuccessful. I've got cameras all around my home along with the doorbell, but one did they come to deliver anything when they said they did.

Why pay for a tracking service that the USPS doesn’t even use so you don’t even know where your packages are. Waste of money

When I can track my package, I love it.

Every time I mail a package, (to N. Hollywood, CA), the delivery service is always quick, one time reaching there (from Huntsville, TX) in TWO days! Wow! The next time it was 3 days, so not bad for the distance. They are much cheaper than the other courier services as well, so I will continue using the USPS. Thanks bunches to all employees who do a job well done!
