Very destructive of shipments. Break about 75% of my sold items. No amount of cushion or fragile stickers help. They play soccer with packages.

No saben trabajar, dejan los paquetes en un condominio a la parte de afuera. Para eso ni entreguen los paquetes. Condominio granada, guaynabo se pierden los paquetes por qué los dejan fuera, mejor envíen notificaciones

USPS is getting worse as they increase their fees. Pony Express was more efficient. I prefer the system be totally shut down and allow mail service be independently operated. We don’t need any more incompetence!

Worst international shiper. My package should arrives it destination in 0-to 4 days Now it's been almost 3 weeks Still in transit Not even get a delivery date. People, you must go DHL instead

Lady at the main St. Office in Stockton California was very professional and nice.

The worse people ever I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy. I paid $12 for express shipping and could’ve used standard shipping. They finally sent a email after almost 10 days saying sorry for the delay here 100 points which isn’t anything but a dollars. Worse experience ever!

My package is on hold in your center since march22 why??? Now you want me to pay a $1 and ask why? I think this is very bad customer service… it was a package of lollipos

Certified mail sent on March 17 2022, still has not been delivered. 4/01/2022! Ridiculous. No contact from them.
