Horrible service I rarely get my mail anymore

Excellent dedicated and respectful service. We’ve had lots of deliveries last year and it’s been great!

Order Something on March 21st was supposed to be here march 29th tried tracking it had no updates so I contacted them and they said it was lost the said it happens sometime so they asked me if I wanted a replacement of what I ordered or a refund and I told them I wanted a replacement of what I wanted. So I’m eating in that.

Tracker said package was out for delivery 2 days now, yet still not delivered

What a joke watching tracking and seeing my shipment go back and forth past my address what the h for over a week will never do shipping this way again. Should be able to give no stars you don't deserve one.

Going on 3 days dropped off package in Los Fresnos Post office package hasn't been scanned. Then I have to deal with negative feedback.

Man, what is going on with the postal service? I had a package leave Pamona CA, go to Las Vegas, and, instead of coming to Minneapolis which is it's final destination, it overshoots and goes to Elk Grove Village, I'll.

I got notice to schedule redelivery of a package while I was out of town. Having no link to usps ment typing in a 27 digit number. I never got whatever it was and have no idea what it was. Irritating.
