Mail delivery is getting worse. Package sent from Connecticut and now is in Wisconsin. Should be going to Missouri. Mailed phone bill to Illinois and took 3 weeks.

My package went from ohio to Kansas city then st loius and back to Indiana. Why didn't it get dropped off at Indianapolis? Make no since and it looks like it went through Indy.

Once again I paid $26 for overnight guaranteed shipping and it failed to get there on time. What’s the point!!!

Sent registered mail was supposed to be there on 28th never got to destination till 30th. After paying to make sure it got there on time.

I mailed a certified time sensitive piece of mail on March 18th from Florida. I tracked it arriving 5 days later in Springfield Ma facility where it sat for 7 days finally arriving in Farmington Ct March 30th. A total of 12 days is unbelievable and unacceptable!
