Was told by the mail clerk in palmetto Florida it would take 7 to 10 days to make it to Toronto, it's sat in Miami for for a week and one day, and then it made it to Toronto on the 27th period now I don't know where it's at .....it's just sitting in Toronto right now. It was Saint Patrick's day candy but I guess that's useless now it's useless now. I paid $56.55 postage and it is 13 days. Can I get a refund of my postage ?

2 package’s were mailed last Thursday from MA. Received one on Saturday and the other one is supposedly in transit. This is ridiculous!

I love my mail person Andrea and Kim at the Royal Oak post office is always helpful.

I wont even give it a star. I sent my package to Germany asked for insurance the women told me they don't put insurance on overseas package. Instead of telling me how to insurance it. Now its lost snd the end of march.

The past 2 shipments I have tried to receive have arrived super late and way past the date that was promised and paid for. I am currently still waiting for a package I very much needed more then a week ago

USPS tends to lose 2 out of 3 packages I have sent. I use them only because I feel guilty not to support them. I don’t know why I support them, my sister worked for USPS and she was grossly over paid. I understand why USPS is a struggling company that would have gone out of business years ago if it were in the private sector. I just used the tracking app for the first time and always very disappointed. UPS next time.

A letter mailed from Nebraska to Illinois took 17 Days the usps is awful it's no wonder they are going broke
