Gave had several packages that they claim was delivered to my home that never were. But because the carrier marked it as delivered to my house they wouldn't investigate and I couldn't get help from the companies because usps claimed they delivered it.

Everyday someone's mail is delivered to the wrong house

Very slow, and not up to date

Ordered on Feb 27th its been Stuck in Georgia since march 1st so I called where i purchased it from and they cancelled it as lost..Not fair waiting for something and never get it!!!

I have no clue were my package is this is terrible, the difference between you guys and UPS is like night and day

I give the tracking service and delivery time a 0 but you have to give them at least 1 star

This item left the facility on the 21st Illinois now it's sitting in 5 for 3 days I'm in Washington and it shows the package going back to where it came from this package is already 2 months overdue and I have about freaking had it

When they say it's going to be there it's on time love the united states'postal service

Constantly losing and redirecting packages making them late …local post office very rude to deal with. I wish they would stop bailing the Postal Service out and replace it with something more reliable. Disgraceful service

Bought something on etsy from someone they sent it through USPS and never got my package the label was created and never shipped out. Then I contacted them and ask why it was just sitting there because it had been over 20 days sense I bought it and they didnt live that far for it to be that late. They were so sweet and nice they sent another on I and never got it said it was delivered and everything but never got it.

Information doesn’t make sense. Package has been waiting for days.

Always on time but need to be careful when reading the apt number .. when drop off anybody package

Horrible slow service

9400111298370714251575 Item shipped on the 8th, now 3 weeks later item missing. Left St. Louis on the 17th and 10 days laternot in Amboy. A turtle is faster than USPS snail mail. I wouldn't rste a 1 star, but an F for failute.

I don’t believe they ever read delivery instructions… once again I didn’t get my package on time because they claim it was undeliverable…. We are pastors and out house I’d located behind the church which I specifically note every time. So frustrating. But guess that’s what happens when you don’t get to choose your carrier. I remember a time when USPS was the most dependable service and would go out of their way to get packages delivered.
