It’s frustrating getting a notice that your parcel was delivered but you actually don’t receive it.

I was waiting on a package. It was logged in as being received on 3/3/22. Every day tracking said it would be delivered by the end of the day. As of 3/24/22, it still hasn’t been delivered. No answers. Virtual assistant on website is useless. On hold for over a hour to basically get not other information and told to wait a couple more days and call back if it hasn’t been delivered. USPS is a travesty!’

Doesn't have updated location and behind by days!

I have been waiting for a special letter for 20 days, what taking so long to receive my mail??

Never got my package

I was told the package will get to Nairobi Kenya between 3 @ 7 business days and when i track it shows me its in New York in a truck I thought it was to go on air not by road am very confused nd I paid alot of money, am not happy at all.

I have been waiting for over two weeks and the company said they would send another and I enter the tracking number and they show me something entirely different than what I ordered. THIS IS VERY DISCOURAGING ?.

Had a horrible experience and if I could give them a zero I would wish I could physically talk to the Postmaster General the US Postal Service should be ashamed of themselves I went in on a Saturday and I paid extra for 2 days shipping 2695 I was promised that it would be there by Monday at 6 p.m. this was to help bring a service member home from abroad who have been gone for 17 months thanks to the wonderful post office it never made it to Wednesday afternoon and those are family member missed a chance at coming home again thanks a lot post office will make sure that we never deal with you again and we shall spread the word
