Our rural Pipe Creek (78063) office has a real problem with losing mail and/or not looking for a street. I’ve lived in Lakehills-serviced by Pipe Creek for 12 years, same address. A Valentine’s gift was returned to sender marked with “no such street”. They lost my tax statement last fall. This time I have screenshots of the tracking, the address, and the postal idiocy. Not impressed.

I have been waiting almost a month for my package. I was unable to track no notifications said it wasn't in system called usps now every 2 days I hear it's in transit. Still haven't received and no info it is very frustrating.

Mailed a package on 2/9. Told it would arrive on 2/14. As of today 2/17 my package has not reached its destination. Next time I use fedex.

Dropped package off Feb 4th to be delivered 6 hrs away by priority mail, estimated delivery date Feb 7th received notification package will be late being delivered, and should be there Feb 8th. Today is Feb 17th and no additional info has been provided since saying package will be delivered late, exspected be there Feb 8th... So much for priority mail.. It only has go y hrs away!!! What's the problem! Things happen I can understand a bit late but come on 13 days later still nothing not even an update in 11 days.. What happen to 1-3 days? I sell items online so I ship daily and if this was first time I'd say nothing but this happens at least 1 to 4 times every week. Get it together mailman. (Mailman gets a lot babies pinned on him maybe he needs stop baby making and do his job BAD JOKE JK)

Pathetic service by canada post I receive a package of my medicine from USA but whenever it comes to canada I can’t pay the duty online bcoz their website does not work then have to call them n wait for 1 hr in the queue to talk to a representative n they keep transferring ….. n then it gets disconnected n then have to call again ….. really I say very bad service from them …..today I was supposed to receive my package instead of delivery they left a slip in mail box saying attempted to deliver but receiver not there …. N I was home all day …now have to go n pick up my meds…..

Small Priority pkg leaves Chas WV Feb 14, for Roanoke VA, goes to Memphis TN on Feb 15, bypasses Nashville TN, gets back to Nashville today, the 16th!! Hopefully, will be delivered tomorrow the 17rh!! What a mess!! Get Dejoy outta of there!! ASAP!!

Paid 1st class tracking extra for what reason? Extortion? Hopefully one day another company takes over

Package for my son has been sitting at a PO 50 miles away for 2 days. PO does not update tracking and it is infuriating. No wonder businesses use other shipping companies

I have been trying to find a package with a tracking# i can't find it and your company doesn't know where it is either. It was a priority mail package sent on the 9th, it's now the 15th. How can you not know it's location? This package is very valuable.

This is ridiculous how long this takes. I could have paid a charter jet to fly it cheaper. It’s still not there. Been over a week. 6 hr trip. No more ever to use Postal Service

It’s been a week since I maileda priority envelope, it says delivered, but when I check details, it has not and person receiving has not received as yet, horrible service.

Miracle happen though the zip code was I still was able to get it delivered the right person
