Good service as usual ?

I paid $26 to get an important package to just across the state because it was time sensitive. They still have not received the package. 100% money back is what it says on my receipt. How do I collect that?

Ridiculous how much you pay to have the sent... it's been over 8 days still not there.

It is a very good tracking system

I have not received a package that I ordered over a month ago. When I track it the last update is January 28th. It shows that it's still in new York it was my grandsons birthday present that was suppose to be here in 7 to 10 days.

Not one time has my overnight parcels been delivered on time. What a waste of money!

Poor feedback tracking with expensive over night mail

I mailed a package 1/31 priority mail to Huntsville AL. It was supposed to arrive 2/3. I don't blame the carriers,it's the ones that running this.

I have used methods of mailing more than once no matter how much I pay it's never on time I honestly believe if you cannot honor your time that's what we're paying for you should not charge us for it no matter what I've had a package sent out Monday paid for it has still not arrived and it's past its date that y'all giving even though it states on there two days

Every package that is sent to my house has a delayed delivery. Every single one! Why can't you just bring me my stuff when you are supposed to?!?

Sent a pkg out on Jan. 5th and still no response from postal service of where this pkg is located. Was suppose to arrive at destination around Jan. 12th. I'm so upset that I'm getting no response about this matter.

I get my shipments delivered to New York because according to the drivers the address is not valid. This is crazy because that only happens with USPS. Shipments from other companies have no problems locating the address. This problem only happens to me with you?
