Great service like the tracking information

They don't give you any up to date information my overnight delivery situation out on fri still has not been delivered and its Sunday

Post office delivered my package that had my address with correct zip code to a completely different address with a different zip code. Where are the postal inspectors watching the employees or the Delivery drivers delivering the mail. Why would I ever want the post office to deliver anything I ordered ever again. Apparently complaining makes no difference.

Gets worse and worse, and it started BEFORE Covid

Absolutely horrible explanations Packages appear to leave one facility and return to ‘origin’ again and no updates for days!

9 days for a letter to travel from NY to MI. Ridiculous. USPS is functioning like a beauracracy of a 3rd world banana republic. Ridiculously bad. Disgraceful. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
