My package says it’s sitting only a couple streets away it’s been sitting there for two days . I need my package before Saturday for my sons first birthday party

They do a great job it's still good compared to the rest of the us government

Sent a certified letter on 7 January 2022 and the letter has STILL not been delivered. Today is 17 Jan 2022 and the online tracking hasn't even been updated since 13 Jan 2022. Nice work DeJoy!

One month to the date. Your lousy paid priority mail tracking system.... still didn’t deliver my package mailed from the post office! You gave me no refund!!! Never again will I use the post office!

I sent important info to division of family services regarding verification for food stamps. I paid $8.36 to have it tracked and a signature card returned to me. I did this on 1/6/2022 and it is Jan 15th and I receive text message saying its waiting for address check. Information given cannot be brought up. This site says it's been delivered. Apparently to post office ,,,not to my addressee....Social services Family Division. This could really screw my life up!

Absolutely awful service and tracking updates. Sent important documents first class Dec. 19th and has been stuck in one place for 2 weeks now. Will NEVER use USPS again. Please trust the bad reviews, they’re that bad

Awful paid $70 to have a 5 to 10 day delivery it's been 4wks package is missing!

USPS cannot deliver anything in a reasonable time frame. My current delivery is already 3 days past delivery date and still not even close to being delivered

They have been consistent so far. Always had updates on when package would arrive.

This item was supposed to be delivered on 1-8-22 to my address it has been sitting in Coppell Tx for three days going nowhere. This is bad service on the postal delivery service

Saying packages delivered and never received... getting mail for other people... they need better help
