Please remember there have been many storms preventing deliveries to be on time. I understand the frustration but I also acknowledge the unexpected weather.

I understand the frustration with late arrivals. Please remember there have been many storms that cause delays.

I have been waiting on a certified letter from 4 hours away and it has been 15 days and no one can tell me where it is, only that it's in transit... this is so frustrating, I do not trust the USPS...

The last few times I have used overnight priority it is either not delivered on time(LATE) or delivered but the tracking has no clue where it is. It costs $30 it should be tracked and delivered on time

I'm kinda disappointed in the service and the fact that I paid $25 to get something delivered to my daughter in four days and I have already received a notification that it will be late. Well does that mean I get a partial refund????

Unhappy. Received notice that I had registered registered mail Notice said delivery attempted on 2 occasions. This is false. I'm handicapped and rarely go out. Knowone ever tried to deliver this piece of important mail. Additionally, I used the this app. To set up delivery and that is a joke. I don't know if I'll ever get my mail.

Terrible service. I am still waiting for a package that should be delivered on 4/03/2024.

I am so angry and sad , because I mail my package on 03/18/24 for Washington DC still not delivered in to the envelope it’s passport and very important papers and no body can help us .

My package has not yet arrived at its destination since 03/04/2023, and it had to arrive on 08/04/2014

Horrible service!!!! I was supposed to receive my shipment on the 11th from Florida to Connecticut. It’s the 15th and I’m still waiting……

Where is my product? Did they deliver where and when? Is this a joke?

2packages delivery due April 10, last update April 12 enroute to next facility. No further information. It is now April 15. Shipper is contacting to find out what happened. I assume lost, just like checks that were mailed for bills last year. Cost $20 for stop payment. Never found. I heard management is a joke. Need a zero for rating.

I don’t know if I’m lucky I have nothing bad to say My packages will make it here before the day it’s supposed to come
