USPS reviews

This is the last time to use USPS. They have sent the package back and forth multiple times to the same Collection Centers in a couple different states. It was a PERISHABLE gift. Why do we pay so much for inept service.

I send a package from proctorville to Dayton Ohio. It goes to Columbus then they send to Knoxville . The package was suppose to be delivered Wednesday and is 3 days late already. Horrible

I am constantly not receiving packages and I keep getting other peoples mail!!!

Paid $38 on 1/3/22 @ 5:10pm for Express 2 Day delivery that was supposed to arrive on 1/5/22. Package is still sitting at the Denver distribution center.

Trying to track my package and see when it's supposed to be here and seems impossible! Can only view map of where truck is and has bunch of irrelevant info..

Sent from saint Joseph suppose to go to rock port went to kansas city they send it back to st joseph who knows where its at now

I am not impressed with this product. I shipped my package/s over a week & there is no accurate info on the wearabouts. I understand it's right after the holidays, but they could still keep you up to date.

Latham main post office is very clean and welcoming. The staff are cheerful and customer friendly.
