I placed my package Om december 13 at a postear office un Charlotte North Carolina, I payed for a 2 day delivery to San Diego, California, The package arrived on december 29, open, damaged and the bread that I was sending yo muy aunt was stolen and instead they put a used Starbucks cup in my package!!!! I am really angry about this Situation.

My guy pays a lot of money to have mail shipped to me and it is always late and sometimes they loose it, 40$ to send express try 2weeks express mail what a crock, I still never received a package it was supposed to be here last Sunday thumbs down for usps

Always on time!

A pkg s/b delivered priority mail Monday, lost by Thursday. Pay expensive prices for USPS to lose the pkg...WTH!! the prompt forced me to give an one cuz you only deserve a zero!!

Poor delivery service

Always a positive experience

I sent Christmas presents in one box December 14th from Wichita KS to Lawrence KS. That box was sent to a distribution center in Memphis TN, and was still there Dec 22nd. The Box is now unknown, and I am supposed to file a claim. This is unacceptable service.

I bought 3 day delivery and it’s 5 days later and when I check on package it says it’s still at the local distribution center, 15 minutes away from where I sent it from. After I paid $48- that’s absolutely ridiculous. Very dissatisfied with the service! If I could give it less than one star, I would.

Once again, a purchase through Amazon and UPSP states delivered and nothing at the door, what the mail truck just drive by with my ring camera. UPSP is the worst!!!

Horrible service supposed to go to Tennessee then you sent it to Iowa

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son November 30. I still have not received the package yet. It sat in Los Angeles forever. Now it just says "in transit". No ETA, no route expected, nothing. I am about to cancel the credit card payment. His birthday and Christmas have passed!!

Employees at tge Exeter Post Office in Exeter, Ca 93321 are so friendly, professional & efficient! I’m amazed at the reliability of my packages sent via priority mail arriving on time

Package was to be delivered on Dec 28 & now can’t find where it is

Delivery and service was great! But, when posting time delivered I needed if it was am or pm. Thanks
