I paid to send Christmas gifts to my family in Jamaica and it's almost 16 days they still haven't received it, it's a shame and they told me 7 working .

Sent out a package December 20th (Monday) and was supposed to arrive by the 24 (Friday) but they lept sending it back and forth from Independence MO to Kansas City MO twice!! Routing is definitely wrong and package is late for Christmas.

Still waiting on 2 day priority mail from the 22nd and it's the 26th. Left Ohio went past roanoke to Greensboro and then coming back. How ridiculous is this?! What a waste of peoples time and money. I think usps needs to rethink their routing. Good grief

Every time I track the package I get a different date for delivery it keeps saying December 25th and December 27th every time I enter the checking number?

Return item on 12/10/21 and still hasn’t been received by the company! Has been sitting at second stop since 12/13/21! Poor service!!! Giving them a 1 star is too much for a rating.
