I would give them a 0 if this were an option. I paid 70$ to have my parents Christmas presents sent three weeks early and my parcel never left USPS. This company is shady. They rob people on Christmas. This happened to my fiancé with his check from work a month prior. If you can, use another service.

My letters and packages have all been delivered on time or earlier. Prices are still quite reasonable compared to other carriers.

They got my package to my family a lot sooner then expected due to the holidays ?

package promised 10 days ago. Also lost other mail during this season. Lost faith in USPS... during the 2021 December season. Excuses everywhere. Postal service is supposed to be above this. NOPE!

My grandchildren package was suppose to reach them on the 21st of December. I paid almost $40.00 to send and it's sitting in Springfield MA sorting center. I could have sent it the regular way. Really frustrating

Left my post office the day it was turned in went to Jacksonville Regional and has sat there over a week now with out moving. Government poor service. Something should never sit this long. I sent a package back in Oct same results it was very late. We need new management in postal service someone that can keep things moving.
