Your service is the worst its ever been. I paid 35.00 for 3 day priority mail and package not delivered on 3rd day and it now passed its destination by 75 miles. The worst service ever! And over priced for nothing..smh

USPS...you pulled through for when I made a mistake that would have cause confusion with my delivery. Because of your caring service, my suffering Aunt got her gift in time. Thank you all so much. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

Extremely terrible. Don't not trust these people with any large package or parcel. I was shipped a box of very expensive items down to florida and the box cam teared with giant holes, and items taken out of the box. I was robbed of the Christmas gifts I was supposed to receive this Christmas weekend. 1 star will never use again.

Paid for 2 day mail, small package, been 4 days. I want my extra money back. Such B.S!

Recieved email a package shipped on Dec. 14th it showed up today Dec. 24th with a priority mail 2 day label on it. That math to me is 10 days not 2.

I'm so so disappointed with POST OFFICE I paid a fortune to send 4 packages ($225.00)to be exact by the 15th cut of date to California from GA. they haven't arrived yet this is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I worked for the Post Office for 30yrs they never would have let this happen when I worked there,and COVID is no Excuse I should have sent them through UPS Witch was my my 1st instinct they would have had it there by now and I'm sure cheaper too. I'M OF WHAT THE POST OFFICE HAS BECOME

Absolutely terrible! Could not purchase shipping labels with my click n ship account since 12/5. Shipped priority package on 12/17/21 to Punta Gorda. No tracking till it reached Jacksonville 7 days later. Shipped first class with tracking to same address and was there in 3 days!

I advise everybody this delivery service is Bogus you think Priority mail will help it won’t my package was supposed to be delivered Thursday and now it’s lost somewhere in Massachusetts. This is bogus just trying to get somebody a gift but this postal service can’t hold their end of t he bargain

Ten days and package has not arrived. Too late for Christmas. It shows it is in LA and I live in the Midwest. Apple should use FedEx. I’d pay the extra shipping.

USPS always delivers timely and safely!

Why does it take a whole week from its origin in Chicago area to its destination in Texas. Unbelievably slow!!! I think mail should be cut down to 3 days a week so we all can get a better and faster service at a cheaper price or cost!!!
