It is now 12/18. Tracking parcel has been in Carson ca since 12/13. 5 days and no update. I ordered on 12/8 and have no idea if items will reach me in time to give for Christmas.

Online Package information Is not accurate. My package was due here yesterday now the information says delivery by 9:00 pm. Except currently it’s 10:30. I know it’s the Holidays but the information should be updated and correct.

A package that I'm supposed to receive yesterday on 12/16 /20 and it hasn't come today 12/17/20 earlier the tracking number told me it was here in Jacksonville but now it's still say it hasn't received what is going on with the post office and it was only a two-day priority

Just like any government agency mismanaged very sad that we live in a great country of the United States of America it is falling to the wayside by waste and failure by our government and leaders prime example 2-day package guaranteed 50 miles apart waiting a week to get it.

Just as fast as UPS and FedEx, and less damage than Amazon prime by a mile.

Horrible they take forever to deliver my package

This is not a positive review. The USPS has been dealing with holiday traffic for decades and it seems that every year service becomes slower. I paid $53.90 for 2-day delivery plus insurance. The service agent said it might take three days. I wonder how it is that the USPS can deliver an Amazon order in one or two days but mine took for days. I know Amazon is not paying over fifty bucks for two-day delivery. So, why did my parcel take over four days to be delivered?

I send s package to my so. He still waiting for the package and i check the tracking number and it saying that it got delivered. I would like to know where it was delivered because he did not get his package. Also some other packages that i send it was open with only a few things inside. This very bad ?

Package was mailed from Marshfield MA to West Bridgewater MA. It routed to Connecticut then to New Jersey and back to Springfield and finally in Brockton. Crazy. Rates increased for holidays and terrible service. Still waiting.
