I mail a package a month ago and come to find out it’s still in the mailroom and haven’t been shipped. Sad and poor service smh. I can’t get a refund on my account until the items return to the warehouse.

I've been waiting since bf Thanksgiving & can't find any acceptable information about my order.

From Vegas to L.A. to Minneapolis? I can speak of several head scratching routes that cannot do anything but delay package arrival.

Post office isn't giving notices for pickup or even delivery notices. This is the second package this season. The other wasn't attempted. They scanned it to stop the clock It was late and had to go into p.o. to pick up,no notice was given. Bad customer service and I retired from there 2 years ago.

We used the Postal Service to support the workers. The prices to mail a box boggled my mind. We shipped from Delaware to Maryland (ground, and we were told it had to go Priority). It was expensive. We also were told 'Anything 2 hours away (driving time) cost more. We also shipped to Atlanta and WV, these boxes were less to ship. The previous month we wanted to buy a book of stamps (with the American flag on them) and was told the Post Office didn't have any book stamps. They had to print off a stamp on their machine to put on our envelope. What is going on? We want to support the US Postal Service.

Service with the USPS has gotten so bad and not the fault of the local staff.

Package sits for days without movement

Packages sit in Philadelphia for multiple days and can be shipped to the wrong destination as likely as the corrrct one.

Didnt give it 5 stars because my text message said delivery by 9 pm tonight and still shows in a different state since Saturday.

My packages always arrive on time. Thank you USPS

7 days for package to be delivered from Ohio to northern Illinois and still not arrived.

I think usps service is horrible

Sent a envelope from NJ to Galveston, Tx by 2 day priority mail. This envelope has sat in Philadelphia for the past 5 days. When will it get to its destination? No body knows. It's important info in the envelope but who cares! The post office just takes your money and does not honor what you paid for. Horrible, horrible service.
