I'm truly dissatisfied with your services especially regarding yourselves as a major player in the Logistics field ,your advertising magnet to pull clientele is totally false and untrue ...its been 5days now since I've send my parcels via your courier tomorrow making it the sixith,where as your time frame is 72hours,as an activist I'll be standing up to this unprofessionalism ..a petition will drafted to hold you "Aramex" accountable for terms and conditions that were drafted by aramex,which were also used as a marketing tool to hook clients with false proclamation....How many more most complain before action is taken...your deals your ways,so live up to them

This is an absolute disgrace! Order has been rescheduled!? I am sure I was asleep as apparently the order that you need to deliver was attempted to be delivered at midnight?! Disgusting, with no means of communication. I am still waiting

The worst service. It took Shien less than a week to ship my parcel to Aramex in Johannesburg. I have been waiting more than a week for it to be shipped from Johannesburg to phalaborwa..... Im still waiting... More than a week later. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
