Not very impressed. Their touted "72-hour" delivery turned out to be more like a week from Johannesburg to a destination 2 hours north on the N1.
I'm highly disappointed I don't even have words to describe how I feel. I made 4 drop offs last week one went missing and thee other was a wrong parcel, I called the center its said they'll be an investigation. Yesterday I've made 6 other drop offs before mid day which should be reflecting on the system but nothing.
Im not happy as my parcel said is arrived in Polokwane on the 22 October in the morning but it still stuck there is no movement in the 23 as it suppose to rich Thohoyandou
Aramex . Why do you guys cause us so much stress ? Still waiting for my tracking number to appear after 4 dats

I have sent a parcel to Plettenberg Bay on the 15th of October and still it has not arrived. Very unprofessional and poor service from the company. And it is stuck in George for some unsaid reason

I would give you a 0 if it was possible, worst service I've received in forever. The worst is that you lie and state that you could not reach me whereas my phone has been on the whole time. I'm annoyed and disappointed, won't be using Aramex again and will make sure none of my peers do too.
Slow service, use FastWay instead, the deliver the next day for a cheaper price
