Poor service.. never again
With online deliveries used extensively you should offer a time slot. At the moment I have to be home 8.00am-5.00pm. Most inconvenient. I will not use courier services any more
I'm running a business and 3 days later, my client still hasn't received her parcel and I might need to refund her because of Aramex... I'm so angry right now.
Worst courier service ever, not reliable even abit. Their app shows that my parcel is on transit to me and I’m still waiting as is.

I ordered items from Amazon and the shipment was split in two. The parcel with the other shipping company was delivered in record time however the shipment from Aramex has not been delivered. I fail to understand how one company can do this and Aramex cannot. Very disappointing to say the least!
A week later. Still have not received my parcel. When I go to tracking it says I was not available but I didn't get thier call or sms or email saying they are looking for me. Till now I have not received my parcel. On the website I don't see a number to call to follow up on my parcel... Poor service delivery
Horrible experience with Aramex I would highly not recommended it for anyone
Very bad service. My parcel was sent off on Thursday 8 April. It has been 6 days today and I still haven't received it yet. It keeps on saying "shipment on it's way to final destination sorting".
Never again that's all I can say
Except For The Crack On One Of The Covers, The Item Was Delivered Ahead Of The Expected Date

My parcel was picked up on the 7 april 2021 at 11:15 and its thursday the 8 april it does not take a whole two day to deliver this is a horrible service and if I do not get my packages o will most definitely use this horrible company.
