I will definitely not use Aramex AGAIN. Talking to the agent was almost impossible and being transferred to 1 agent to another because they didn't know what to tell me. Kept tracking my parcel at some point it was supposedly delivered and when I track it again it wasn't yoo its alot. Hopefully by tomorrow will receive my package.

Aramex meant to be an overnight courier has not delivered my cargo in East London, from Centurion. I really believed they had improved their service after not using them for over 5years due to their pathetic service.

I have go updates till the parcel was conforscated by customs now. Wen I tried to contact I get message that I must join pay R15 and then R599 each month till the matter have been resolved then I can cancel. Now is the problem aramex or customs sout africa

Ok my earlier review is not entirely accurate. Apparently Aramex sent me an emai about 2 days ago to give me a payment link for the import tax. I did not receive it and it is not in my spam email However, today a lady contacted me twice. Re-sent the payment link and then contacted me after they received payment to udate me and advise me the shipment was in my country and shipping shortly. That is proper old school Aamex that I know and love. Lets hope it happens as shesaid. I would like to state that this type of human interaction is appreciated. Frankly, AI chat box and that stuff is still very VERY far from being useful. Aramex, please make this lady your Depot manager. I think, not sure, that she was from Gqweberha.
