Take that box out at soshanguve crossing mall coz you hardly ever send a driver to do pick ups.am so pissed with your service.its day 3 today still my parcel is not picked up.you such a disgrace this is last time i use your service and i will never recommend it to anyone.if my parcel is not registered by the end of business today i will go and collect it,i will see how it reaches the distination.you have poor service

I have ordered shoes from Firekicks SA on the 16th of April 2024. I am still waiting.....what is wrong..you are suppose to be one of the best companies for delivering..

This is an absolute disgrace! Order has been rescheduled!? I am sure I was asleep as apparently the order that you need to deliver was attempted to be delivered at midnight?! Disgusting, with no means of communication. I am still waiting

Order reschuled because i was not available apparently and lack of details. MY DETAILS WERE ALL PROVIDED AND I DID NOT RECEIVE ONE CALL FROM THE COURIER GUY

The worst service. It took Shien less than a week to ship my parcel to Aramex in Johannesburg. I have been waiting more than a week for it to be shipped from Johannesburg to phalaborwa..... Im still waiting... More than a week later. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

They take time to deliver and there’s no clear track record,was my first and last time using Aramex

Will never every use Aramex, will not recommend to anyone to use them. So dissapionted.

It's the most terrible courier I have ever used and will never use it again. I have couriered through the store on the 11th april 2024, my client has not received the parcel till today (19 April). When I follow up tracking it, it still shows the day i created the shipment. When I call them it was collected from the store and it is now missing. I'm very disappointed and annoyed at the lack of care within this company. How do they sit with a parcel that is not delivered for such a long time?

I am livid at this company with their terrible services. I send my mother's diabetic medicine on 7th April until today 19th April still not delivered. The insulin needs to be confiscated now and they just have no haste getting the meds to the distinction. After calls..emails and chatting to agents just empty promises. This is so disgusting my mom's 82 yrs old and had to skip days without medication!!!! I'm never uses this service again.
