Aramex reviews

My parcel was dropped off at Aramex 4 days ago to date I didn't receive it . Poor service, useless couriers.

My parcel was given ti aramex 5 days ago and there's no movement it is just stuck there

Aramex service is no longer reliable. Sent a parcel on 20th December 2024 expecting that it would at least arrive on 23rd December 2024, but it still has not arrived to date 30th December 2024. Very disappointing

I have handed over my 2 parcels on the 12th December.....still floating around and NOBODY talks to you or answers you.....it is the same story every single day.....very busy an agent will contact you soon.......11 days later....NO news yet....

Terrible service. My parcel is temperature sensitive, it's been 'out for delivery' since Tuesday. Don't even know if it will be usable when I receive it

Aramex has a very poor service service

5 days and my parsel still in the drop box. No answer from people. Very bad service

I am not happy with your service I sent the order on the 6th it's 17th now the client have not received the parcel

Am not happy at all all,your company thinks we send things through them for fun ,right??I mean my order kept moving from “out for delivery “to “in transit”!!!you should do better

I will definitely not use Aramex AGAIN. Talking to the agent was almost impossible and being transferred to 1 agent to another because they didn't know what to tell me. Kept tracking my parcel at some point it was supposedly delivered and when I track it again it wasn't yoo its alot. Hopefully by tomorrow will receive my package.

First time using Aramex and I'm sure I will not use it again. Terrible service
