Aramex reviews

Aramex meant to be an overnight courier has not delivered my cargo in East London, from Centurion. I really believed they had improved their service after not using them for over 5years due to their pathetic service.

So far the service fro the agents has been great.waiting for my parcel to be delivered then I come with another review

I have go updates till the parcel was conforscated by customs now. Wen I tried to contact I get message that I must join pay R15 and then R599 each month till the matter have been resolved then I can cancel. Now is the problem aramex or customs sout africa

Ok my earlier review is not entirely accurate. Apparently Aramex sent me an emai about 2 days ago to give me a payment link for the import tax. I did not receive it and it is not in my spam email However, today a lady contacted me twice. Re-sent the payment link and then contacted me after they received payment to udate me and advise me the shipment was in my country and shipping shortly. That is proper old school Aamex that I know and love. Lets hope it happens as shesaid. I would like to state that this type of human interaction is appreciated. Frankly, AI chat box and that stuff is still very VERY far from being useful. Aramex, please make this lady your Depot manager. I think, not sure, that she was from Gqweberha.

Not the greatest tracking. My parcel was last seen departing Hong Kong 4 days ago bound for SA. Surely that plane had landed by now? It also seems impossible to speak with Aramex about it. Confusing barriers to email or contact.

Very bad they charge a lot of money

Service delivery has tremendously deteriorated, No communication, parcels not delivered. Even the sms updates are no longer made.

I got my order exactly on the expected date

Poor service from Aramex.They don't listen and attend to your problem.They must just close the shops.

Service poor parcel in transit for few days now sending mail for answers but sent me stuff I didn't ask

It has been 2weeks waiting for my order even today I haven't yet received my order. Aramex must be canceled

My parcel has been in custom for 5 days now. These people are absolutely useless. I,don’t have a choice. The company I ordered from uses aramex. Very useless crowd. Never going to,order from the company again cos of aramex.
