Aramex reviews

My parcel was delivered 7 days after posting. Although they didn't give me the exact position of my parcel it arrived on time to Zimbabwe.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and efficient service from Aramex. I dropped a parcel at Postnet Montague Gardens on Monday to be sent to my girls in Saron, near Porterville. We expected it to be delivered by Friday but I received a call that it was delivered early morning on Wednesday. Less than 2 days. Fantastic. So happy. Thank you Aramax.

I am not impressed with Aramex at all !!! I received the wrong parcel today. They still trying to find my parcel.

From 20/05/2025 my package was shipped but still waiting aramex is very poor

Aramex service is very poor, my parcel has been stuck on 1 place since from the 9th and tomorrow i need to go back home(Mpumalanga). I really don't know how I'm going to receive my parcel while I'm away. Aramex really failed me

Although we had a number of public holidays, which slowed down the delivery of parcels a bit, I am happy to say that mine was delivered 6 days after I placed my order.

I mailed a parcel on Thursday March 27 from the Eastern Cape. It arrived at it's destination in the USA on Tuesday 2April . Thank you so much for your excellent service.

The rating is zero my parcel was sent on the 7th March today is the 17th March still waiting for my parcel the company is useless it must be closed it's pathetic

I regret why I used aramex useless services and useless customer service

Worst service ever. I wish retail would discontinue their partnership with them because this will affect business. My parcel has been stuck in one place for 6 days.

The money that u guys get from people it's a reap of bcoz till today our parcel is not moving we a taken from pealer to post u guys a pathetic

I have, over the years, used a few courier companies. ARAMEX is definitely the most pathetic non-service delivery company around!!!!! Collected from the online schooling facility on 27/01/2025, up to this minute, no indication of when I will receive my child's learning material.

They say it's one day delivery. Day 5 today still waiting for my parcel. Poor service

So disappointed with Aramex service posted it on 6th guarantee that it will be delivered on or before 10th its already the 15th today no one can tell me nothing. The call center personnel only refer you to who knows where and they will contact you but nobody ever calls back. Will never use them again. Will not recommend them at all
