I was told that my delivery date was on a Friday, between 12-7 and it never showed up. When I called, a guy told me that it was scheduled for Monday instead but I was never told that it changed. I had family drive 4 hours round trip to go to my house and wait for the delivery so they could move it to the back patio for me because I had to work. But it never showed up. It's too heavy for me to move on my own and now I won't have anyone to help me move it for 2 more weeks. I got an email on Monday saying that there was nothing they could do, they wouldn't change the delivery date for 2 weeks out when I would have people around to help move it, and they wouldn't change the delivery type from curbside to bringing it to my back patio. So now I have to figure out how to move a 120lb couch from the curb all the way to my back patio, by myself. Or let it sit in my driveway for 2 weeks where any passersby could take it. I thought scheduling it on the phone with an actual human would make it so miscommunications like this don't happen. But apparently not.

  • Driver left package at street. It rained 1 inch that night. Driver took time to write: so sorry In a rush. We happened to see package when leaving the next day. Totally soaked!

  • Driver delivered time sensitive materials in the wrong house and it’s been a day and we still don’t have any update on where is the parcel. It’s pathetic service
