Excellent international service - fast and well handled.

My package was mailed on April 11th it is now April 26th and no package. Can not speak to real person.never again!!!

FedEx showing my pagage to be delivered even showing a picture of where I live but I sat waiting on the package and there was never a knock on the door and I never seen a truck out my window. Very important package to me and I still don't have it.

Package required a signature. He just dropped it at my door.

Out for delivery at 7:51am. 9 hours later, still out for delivery. I bet it’s a no show today. I also bet tomorrow will just be an extension of today’s Out For Delivery again.

Terrible the driver left the package at the property entrance about 150 from the house door, need to pay more attention and do the job right need to take care any package like is yours.

The deliveryman put all the boxes in the back of the car, blocking my car. My family's child had an emergency and needed to go to the emergency room. It took us fifteen minutes to remove the boxes. This is very irresponsible and fair. attitude

Since February 28th my load on transit from Nigeria to US has been in France. We have made so many complains through calls and email and there is no positive response, i don't even have an idea of what has become of the parcel. Fedex is a big disappointment

I'm having another package delivered today because last week. They dropped the package off at the wrong house in the right neighborhood. With the address on the box! And I never got the box because they put it at the wrong house. And obviously the person who got it either. Never got it cause someone stole it from them. Or they decided to keep it either way, I got a picture saying here's your delivery. Unfortunately, it was at the wrong house. So now I had to order another one because it's a small company and I'm hoping that today. They deliver it to the right house. Get with it FedEx.your costing me money I don't have!

The worst the updates there were none. 2 days of the same answer in transit no up dates... Never again Fed Ex no Fed Up.

Excellent service, delivery man carried boxes right where I requested, with a smile.

Driver left package at street. It rained 1 inch that night. Driver took time to write: so sorry In a rush. We happened to see package when leaving the next day. Totally soaked!

I order my items on March 25, 2024 and as of April 23th I still have not received my items. Very bad service!!!!
