It's been 3 weeks already since my package has arrived here in Macau and yet still not delivered to the address.I kept checking on the update about my package and yet the information not updated.

I would like it to be easy to track and read the status. The format should be easier. It should also give you the delivery address as this is a good way for the customer to confirm the address is right and package is on it way to the right location.

It is with a deep and bitter taste that I penned this review of my humiliation experience with fedx services. I have held this company with the highest of respect until such unprofessional disrespect from it's customer service rep. I paid for a express service for package to be delivered on Thursday to date that has not been done. Having made several calls on the matter person's promised to call back but never did, hang up phone while I am speaking it's too much to tell of this trauma. I was lied to about the delay of my package rep told the following: Storm held it back It just left on the plain at 11:20 to ja It was released from customs Then it's at customs Deliver on Monday could not given a time I have been traumatised I am therefore seeking responsible redress and compensation for my traumatic experience and the inconvenience suffered for breach of contract by fedx. This document is to be filed in court and if not filed case dismissed. You held me package outside of contractual agreement My tracking number is 772153085335

This shipped on the 22 of January. All it says is enroute so what does this mean and when can i expect my package? Not really happy right now. Usually FEDEX is fast on delivery so what happy this time i do not know.

Said 3 days to arrive but been waiting for 5-6 days and it still hasn't gotten here.

It’s a bad service they said parcel was delivered in three days to US but minimum five to six days to deliver the package I’ve faced this issue with many times

How is it possible that the people who make the deliveries leave the boxes loaded on the cars? That's why there is a specific place to leave the packages, not on the cars. I want to know if they are responsible for the damages to the cars.

It is a very bad service

Our office closes at 4 but no one can seem to get the deliveries here before that so we keep missing our packages

The picture you sent me is of a doorway to a house that is not mine. I really need that part. Will you please have that delivery person track it down where it was left and get it too me.

The vehicle part we needed showed up five weeks after it was ordered, according to records(e-mails) it was in Twinsburg all the time. Very poor service.

I have not received my order

signed up for updates about my parcel and I haven't received any. It's January 3rd 2025 and the last track of my package was December 28th 2024 and it shows it still in BC when it is supposed to be in Ontario being delivered. At this point I'm not sure where it is and you can't call anyone . It wants me to rate their service but I don't see a minus sign beside the stars . I would have to give it a minus 5 out of 10. I'm giving it a 1 star on their chart so people will get to see my review.
