Delivered on date as promised. More expensive but last package sent by UPS to same address was lost.

Received the envelope overnight but driver didn’t ask for ID and signature block on his device wasn’t working well. Had to try and sign multiple times. Security part seemed kind of sketchy as anyone could make a scribble and take delivery. Paid like 40 bucks for overnight and delivery signature to addressee ?

Twice in one week they say attempted delivery, someone was home and they never knocked on the door for signature. FedEx needs to close shop are start firing lying drivers.

What a bad service, I'm supposed to pay for an express shipment to be made today, it's a week and I don't know I was able to deliver, there's not even a date for it

Got package a day later then expected, medication was warm,ice pack was warm,whats the use of next day delivery

Trying to track a package, last reported location Ohio. Tracking app say package will be delivered to Ct.on 4/17/2024 by end of day it is now 3:30 pm, highly unlikely. Tried online chat….useless.

Why has Fed-X service become untimely and unreliable? I used Fed-X in business for years and could always count on the service being reliable. Now that I depend on them to send home healthcare product that is needed the service has become late with the delivery. very disappointing.

Package was delivered earlier before estimated date and time. Quite impressive.

Paid for Express. Package showed up 3 days late . Damaged. Garbage service.

Fedex is a disgrace. You have my needed medication and you can't even give me an accurate delivery. The SYSTEM said by end of day today. Your CSR assures me there is no delivery date. OH REALLY. Your system is the worst it has ever been. And you think it's improved. REALLY

Would give several less than 1 star if possible. Pretty sure I could walk to location and pick up parcel faster. And that canned customer service crap is about as much good as a wooden nickle
