Terrible FedEx post service....sososo slooowww

How do you get a order confused from Tennessee to GA. You took it to Indianapolis IN . Can your driver's not read what's on the label? Wish I could have left it no stars. They don't deserve any at all.

Fed Ex thought that my employer would give me the day off to sit home and wait for a package that could arrive anytime before 8:00 p.m. or drive 30 miles to the nearest FedEx and pick it up.Because it required a signature. Unknown to me, a signature means, my signature. Whatever FedEx.

Not sure why my package came from California, went to ohio but it's supposed to be delivered to Illinois today. Sloppy and slow

Have 3 deliveries scheduled. Two were supposed to be delivered 4/30 (2 day shipping) but the items are still in grove city Ohio and nowhere near Pennsylvania. The other package came into New York went to New Jersey and then bypassed Pennsylvania and went to grove city Ohio and then they decided that it was to come back to Pennsylvania and it was to be delivered on the 27 of April. Every time I check the tracking on the website either the info is gone or it is constantly changing and forget customer service. They are a complete joke. They have no idea what is going on except contact your shipper like they are reading from cue cards. What a waste of service only have one star because it would not let me proceed without rating

Package has not been delivered yet shipped out on April 15th

The worse courier services ever, the fedex in Nigeria is extremely poor. Their workers are so inefficient,useless and lazy. All my experiences shipping with FedEx Nigeria have been a bad one. I pray we find another courier services shipping medication so soon.

Excellent service. My shipment was from Richmond, BC to Mississauga, ON. At each stop I received a notification and my parcel arrived on the scheduled day.

Horrible company to deal with, my package was meant to take 7 days and it in fact took 34 days. No communication unless you make angry phone calls never using again

Had an excellent experience. I was able to track my package from Richmond, BC to Mississauga, ON and it arrived right on time.

According to the store, FedEx got the package on April 26 and supposed to be delivered by April 28. Package never came. April 29, 8:00 am got notification, in transit, out for delivery. End of day April 29 and still no package and now tracking says it got delayed. Terrible service. Don’t deserve a one star.

Ordered tank tops that was supposed to be here today. I get a notification that has been delivered. I don’t walk all up and down the block just several apartments across the street. Nobody has seen my package. I managed to find a picture of it scanned on the thing, but I don’t know who damn yard it is and it’s crazy. This service sucks so bad. I have a blue house With the big letters on the front of my house and on my mailbox, I have the numbers in big bowl black letters so how did you miss that? I just wanna know where my packages

No idea where my package is. They claim they can’t find me. Amazon, UPS, and Canada Post all have no problem.

I ordered a large package. I left a BIG sign on the front door of my porch telling the driver to leave it on the porch, not the front steps. The idiot driver left it ON THE STEPS! I am so disappointed. I do have a case number and I will call them when I return to my home. We all need to report them. UPS is sooooo much better!!!!
