You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Really, I would give this last delivery 4 1/2 stars. Mostly good, and i provided them with feedback, about my only minor criticism.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!

Fed EX driver always leaves items outside our fence. We have asked him to deliver to the front door. It is too much trouble for the lazy driver to walk another 50 feet to do that.

FedEx service disgusting. Cover posted to India from Detroit on 5 th April is still in Memphis USA. Not moving from there .

Delivery of a package that required a signature was attempted on 4/10. I was not home so the note was left that delivery would be the following day, 4/11/25. Nothing came at all until 2pm when the driver pulled up, I went out to meet him. Problem is that he didn't have the package or any information or assistance to offer of where it might be, only that he didn't have it. Calling customer service, they told me "promised me" that it would be delivered by 8pm. Well it's 8:20 and no package!!! 2nd time I've had a fedex package attempted to be delivered and yes, disappointed once again. Do not depend upon FEDEX if you can avoid it!

I had large shipment of frozen pet food, (meat), and FedEx delivered right on time. I had been worried, because there had been a blizzard on the truck route, the night before, and they had to close the interstate for a few hours. Trucks were flipped over in high winds, earlier the day before, and though this shipment was important to me, i have never ordered anything that was worth the driver's life. Plus, i live in a small town, but they still delivered on time. Everything was still solidly frozen, and the boxes were undamaged. Many thanks to the driver, Darius!
