My two packages were ordered from Swiss Colony on the 16th, they were supposed to go to Hudson WI and Rhinelander Wisconsin, but both ended up going to Pennsylvania, NY, New Jersey, and are still not being shipped to the original address and state. Passed disappointed.

delivery date could not expect from FedEx parcel booked on20/12/2024 just today it was loaded in flight in Hyderabad

20th dec2024 Parcel booked to JA1108 still it is in Hyderabad

I send parcel through fedex 09/12/2024 But not received yet. Poor service

I had to give them at least 1 star to write a review. I would have given them 0 if I could. Worst delivery company ever. Packages sitting at FedEx hub for weeks. Packages being stolen. FedEx needs to do better.

Dropped at the bottom of our driveway in a white bag during a snowstorm. Found three days later. I was a gift of fruit. I say was because it is now black mush. Happy holidays to you all.

I never received my 26 kg package even they did not refund my money. people should totally avoid fedex. they are fraud .

My 26 package is lost. How did a 26 package got lost. waiting for 2 months. If I get it anyhow. Fedex is really thrush . people should stop using it.

Package was left in the wet area of the porch. It would be nice if the delivery person put the package in the dry area next to the house? Some light rain came before we were able to retrieve it. No damage to product, but there could have been if more rain came before we were able to retrieve it.

Not happy all the documents submitted still their is no feedback to clear consignment worth INR 5000 takes more than 15 days it really surprise me
