Fast and quick delivery on the schduled date Veru happy with fedex parcel service provider

I am Not happy at all with their delivery or updates on my order you can’t find anyone to help you so right now I’m wondering if they’re really lageit so I guess I’ll have to wait another 2 and a half weeks if not longer to see if they really are, so far I give their rating a no star pray that I get my package. angry right now! Did Not Mean To Put 1 Star Up There!!!!!!

Hi, Very bed Dear Fatima and isha madam, Only you two customer representative is helping me a lot and I appreciate only you both in the FedEx team who handle customer very polite and guide customer to resolved problem other wise I feel that every customer will experience very bed service of FedEx team out of you both.. My over all experience with FedEx as my reply as below if the fedex higher up team take my complain positive and work on it then other customer will not suffer a lot of very bed service in future.. """"Very very bad experience and very worst FedEx team which I have seen in my life... Many complain done but no body is bother about custom pain or complain to resolv in FedEx team.. Each time only customers care numbers with customers and each time each representative has diffrent updates and each update differently.. FedEx is not serious in anyway. My package was at Mumbai facility on 4th Nov 2024 & it was with them till 20th Nov 2024 saying pending for Custom clearance and difficult to reach the right ones to have an update. Additionally when it arrived on 21st in Hinjewadi and on portal saying package will deliver on same day before 8th pm and it was not delivered saying "Delivery exception. Incorrect address" where as when I called one of known person he was saying it is late to deliver. Service is very pathetic

The parcel was not delivered on time, I called to ask to leave it at the nearest post office, and the parcel is still somewhere on the way. When you call support, they say wait for the package to arrive. When will the package arrive 281480057235?

Delivery boy passing a wrong information, without any visit he did update the status consignee isn’t available. Whereas 3-4 persons are available every time on company’s gate.

No information about tracking id 779665110607 for the last 12 days only message waiting for item.

I never received my order.

No information while tracking the package with tracking no and also delay while comparing with olden days.

I have a very bad experience which I never had with any other courrier service. I did shipped a parcel consisting of clothes on 30 th october 2024 with shipment No.779591507488 to be delivered at Canton MI USA from Hyderabad. The clothes are to be worn in a function on 8th Nov 2024 which is very important. But Courrier service FEDEX updated the status PARCEL IN PROCESS dt 4th November and so far no communication even on 7th Evening and the status was neither updated nor the parcel was delivered even on 7th. God only knows where the parcel is lying. Not seen this kind of worst service during my life time. I don't recommend anybody to go with FEDEX.
