Hi, Very bed Dear Fatima and isha madam, Only you two customer representative is helping me a lot and I appreciate only you both in the FedEx team who handle customer very polite and guide customer to resolved problem other wise I feel that every customer will experience very bed service of FedEx team out of you both.. My over all experience with FedEx as my reply as below if the fedex higher up team take my complain positive and work on it then other customer will not suffer a lot of very bed service in future.. """"Very very bad experience and very worst FedEx team which I have seen in my life... Many complain done but no body is bother about custom pain or complain to resolv in FedEx team.. Each time only customers care numbers with customers and each time each representative has diffrent updates and each update differently.. Very very bed service I will never recommend any one to used FedEx service worst service ever I seen in my life.... Not recommend to anybody to used FedEx service of you need mentsl peace. """""

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
