signed up for updates about my parcel and I haven't received any. It's January 3rd 2025 and the last track of my package was December 28th 2024 and it shows it still in BC when it is supposed to be in Ontario being delivered. At this point I'm not sure where it is and you can't call anyone . It wants me to rate their service but I don't see a minus sign beside the stars . I would have to give it a minus 5 out of 10. I'm giving it a 1 star on their chart so people will get to see my review.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Really, I would give this last delivery 4 1/2 stars. Mostly good, and i provided them with feedback, about my only minor criticism.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
