Waiting for express delivery . 4 days since sent. Still waiting Why pay all that money for express?? Snail mail is a joke. Wouldn't use Australia Post again bloody Joke. Be honest n say a week express not over night???

Article was sent on the 3.06.2024 - Disappointed that it took 2 days to get delivered - when told it would be next day delivery. Why did I get charged $7.00 for express delivery when obviously it isn't.

I accidentally returned my package to an inorrect address. It has been delivered to the address, however, I've spent the last three months tracking the package to have it sent back to my address. So much for having a tracking number if you are unable to retrieve a package. My bridal gown is somewhere out there in the universe.

What a joke. Sent parcel with tracking number from queensland to Sydney. 2 months later its still in transit. Nothing I can do about it. Such poor service.

Aus Post had a perfectly efficient tracking system allowing you to see the exact location of your parcel every step of the way. Now, it seems you need to give your credit card details and pay $2 (refundable). In an effort to 'streamline' you have just made it overly complicated. I think I will go back to the carrier pigeon.

Like everything else in Australia.....Our Postal Service is third world....

I mailed a pkg to UK on 23/5/2024 at the port macquarie post office. I requested an update on progress by e-mail. To date I have heard zero from your web site or from e-mail. Please explain.

Still waiting for my parcel landed at destination 5 days ago still not delivered

Parcel took 4 days from regional Victoria to get to Melbourne airport and there it sat for at least a day. From previous experience private couriers would ahave delivered it by now

i would really like to know why my return parcel to tvsn sent on 15th may has gone to melbourne when it was sent to chullora in sydney i have already put in a complaint for investigation as the tracking said before chullora waiting for collection

Well, I'm trying to track a parcel and the window to do this gas changed and I'm told I can chat to an expert. I don't want to chat to an expert, I want a simple, clear indication of where the parcel I posted is now at. "In transit" is useless. The new window is all graphics and window dressing.

I have previously had several parcels sent by express post, which I thought was to be over night, but I have not received any of these parcels arrive in under 5 working days. So what is the purpose of "Express Post" when they arrive within the normal postage timing.

I would really like to know what is happening with my parcel. I could follow it pretty well until it reached the UK. It has not moved since the 2nd May. Now it is telling me it is in transit also the 2nd May.. It was first posted on the 26th April

I supposedly had a parcel delivered this morning. I heard the delivery person walk to my front door, then leave. I was sitting next o the front door and clearly he did not ring the doorbell or drop/place the parcel at my door. He did leave a photo of my empty mailbox on the tracking site. My parcel would not fit in my mailbox. Am still waiting for my parcel.

I think Auspost is great, an article by fast post was delivered before even I expected it .
