I had a terrarium background delivered and it was cracked in two places. It was in cardboard and also had bubble wrap with red tape saying FRAGILE all over it. Some people really don’t give a damn about other peoples things any more.

I sent a registered post overseas which had legal documents on 25/9. When I put the tracking number it says not registered.Last year I sent a registered article oversees but after 3 weeks It was delivered to my home address here.I don't know whether these people are trained enough to run the business. What a shame to australia post

This is the second time I have posted an express envelope and tracking tells me ist hasn’t been registered yet. I posted it 2 days ago. The first envelope was eventually delivered but no tracking details were available. What’s going on Australia Post!

I tripple checked my tacking number for something I posted 26/6 and paid extra to have the receiver sign ......however..... the tracker tells me that that number hasn't been registered yet!

I don’t get why people are so mad about this so if your parcel has not been delivered whomp whomp

Waiting on a passport . Paid extra for a 5 day delivery. Day seven find out it’s not even registered as registered mail and am informed if I pay a fee I can chat to someone about my situation. Aust post . Where is my passport and when might I get it? Enjoy my extra payment for no service.

I kept tracking a letter that I registered and was informed it has been Registered yet, I have the receipt so it has been registered. Today I got a text to say it had not been received yet, and was stored in post shop. Funnily it had been collected from the Post Office by the person I sent it to. What is going on, obviously a SCam text. But how did they get my phone no. . ..?

Waiting, waiting and waiting. Had an item sent from the UK. They used Australia Post Global. Should have been delivered on the 6th June!! Now saying might be lost but the tracking number I was given AP say they don’t recognise so I can’t check. What is going on.

It’s no secret that Austpost has slowed down on its delivery of mail. So given that ,I post early. So far I have had positive experiences,especially like the tracking app.

My parcel held up by Australia Post for unexplained reason. Meant to arrive May 31, now June 11. Not happy Jan
