I sent a packet by registered post to Homebush 2140 on 3/10/24 from Endeavour Hills 3802. I was trying to track the packet. Your system says the packet wasn’t registered. I have a receipt from your Post Office. So what is the problem? Aust Post CEO gets more than $2 million as salary and top of that he is getting bonus. Hence can you please fix the simple issues?

Paid extra to have small parcel sent by express post seven days ago ,which normally should arrive next day but still not delivered and lost in post ? Aust post you are a f ing joke ,you need to get back the woman that was running the show few years ago she got the place organised then you sacked her now the postal service is rubbish .

I sell lots on ebay, mostly models cars...I have been sending model cars in the post for 19 years, so packing is a major concern to me..FRAGILE is plastered all over the postage box, but makes no difference...2 were smashed by OZ post this month...Buyer got the full refund, and I lost 2 postage lots of $14.95, and I got wrecked car back, unsellable...In my opinion OZ post is a huge concern when I post items...Extremely unreliable...If I was boss of oz post there would be lots of sackings.

Got a expensive parcel with my medication in it sent from the chemist, the post office lost it , apparently it’s my fault it never arrived and my 400$ in costs is on my , wow what a disgrace.

So tired of constantly having to follow up with Australia Post. Current tracking was last entered on 27 June. Wondering if it is still sitting in a bag in that Post Office??
