It took Australia Post 4 weeks to get a small box delivered from Victoria to NSW. Communication was difficult, website tracking of parcel was next to useless. Never again will I use Australia Post for parcel delivery.

One week to deliver something that was supposed to be overnight, pathetic

I posted a parcel from Wagga NSW on Friday 8th March 2024 to Wollongbar via Lismore NSW. To date it has been to Kemps Creek Sydney and now it is in Chullora Sydney why isn't it in Wollongbar?? What are you doing with my parcel?

This was a very strange journey for two parcels with the same tracking number, one arrived on the 7/3/2024 and the other 13/3/2024. Unfortunately they were plants and only one lot survived because of the length of time. I raised the awareness to APost and they were very helpful in finding out where they were, it looks as though one box went back to Melbourne by default.

Bought stock in Vic to b sent to Molesworth in Tasmania on the 1March ended up in WA STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT…. Apparently now it’s back in Vic…. My dog’s medication is in it. This is not the first time this has happened. Not good enough

I registered an envelope at Ringwood East (Vic) P.O on Thur 7th March, to be delivered to Collins St in Melbourne CBD. I saw the first update on Sunday 10th, when letter had got to Dandenong Sth. I was then informed it had been delivered on Tues 13th. So, 6 days to travel about 30 kms is not brilliant, but at least it's been delivered. But two queries: 1. The example tracking number shown on the tracking screen is a 22-digit number, all numeric. The only way I could track my number was by adding RPP to start of number i.e. making it a 25-digit number, alpha-numeric. 2. When I go to option to track letter's journey, it showed it still at Ringwood East when it was in Dandenong, and it's now showing in Dandenong South when it's been delivered. Aus Post can't provide an accurate example for users to follow, and their map isn't updated by their own information. I think Aus Post needs to hire some better programmers if they want us to go online,

Post office said it will be delivered tomorrow (12/03/24) posted on 11/03/24 from Sydney. But no information on tracking

I had a registered envelope sent from Adelaide to Perth on the 28th Feb, March 3 it was in Perth it has now been sent to Melbourne and they are trying to deliver it to Dandenong when it has a Perth address on it. Not happy Jan

I registered a letter on 7th March. I input the tracking number on the 9th March to see where the letter was. The system couldn't find the number and suggested that the number hasn't been registered yet. Really? I can believe that it hasn't been delivered yet, but not even registered? When it was the post office that gave me the registration number?

Tried to track a parcel supposedly successfully delivered approximately four weeks ago,after checking with sender and tracking no. Parcel stopped at Sydney and not sent to Perth.was asked to pay a fee to track further, with ongoing fee.very unsatisfactory.

My English family was going away for Christmas, so I sent their parcel EXPRESS on Dec 7, It cost $70+. It was left outside their front door on January 3unsigned for. Australia Post said to take it up with UK Parcelpost. They apologised but said Auspost took your money for door to door. They must refund. Australia Post said NO they got it to UK on time. So I wasted my money and the family's Christmas was spoiled. So upsetting.

Mail delivered overnight and tracking worked very well.

Express Post handed over at Emerald P.O. (Vic), destination to a Federal Government Department in Canberra, 1114hrs 29 December 2023. Wondered why I had no response so checked its tracking. Now 66 days later tracking says, "In transit." This is worse than Third World service. Looks like I will have to take time out tomorrow and visit the Post Office. Not happy.

I always trust Australia Post to deliver. Time and time again, their service is above board, no parcel damage and letters delivered within expected normal time frame.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I get such good service, time after time.
