not showing my previous 2 reviews. Australia post is holding back on what people think of thier extremely poor performance.

inadequate. sloppy. poorly managed 6 days for express post and still hasn't arrived. Refused to talk with a manager. Told twice I'd be called back by manger, didn't happen. No information on where my parcel is or why. Package contains medication.

On the 18/12/2023 a large envelope was posted from Hawthorn North Post office........ destination a Mitcham North PO Box. Today is 19/01/2024 and this large envelope, containing personal information has not arrived at Mitcham North PO. I am told by the people that I handed the envelope to at Hawthorn North PO on the 18/12/2023 that the large envelope there is nothing Australia Post can do! .......I am shocked by the loss of this envelope that was entrusted to Australia Post has apparently been lost along with the important documents inside! I am a member of Australia Post ......I thought that the role of Australia Post was to deliver mail safely to their destination?

I've been waiting for 2 weeks now for an item, first it was labelled with someone elses name, then was sent back because no one by that name lived at that address. Yesterday discovered parcel went to wrong place and was now going to right place. Today all I get is in transit does not say to where. Should have been delivered last Thursday. Not happy.

Had good experience till now but this time the parcel for Melbourne is stuck in Sydney since 05 Nov. The tracking alternately shows ' IN TRANSIT, then ARRIVED, then again IN TRANSIT, and ARRIVED and this cycle of communication still continues. Yet to receive . Hope it's not lost

Parcel left Pakenham went to Melbourne Airport flew to Sydney then back to Sunshine in Melbourne then flew back to Sydney that means my parcel as flown over the top of my house twice one way and twice the other not very efficient

Your guess is as good as mine one site, not registered yet, deliver today, delivery was ment to be30 Oct, their sites recons 9th to 13th Nov. They clearly have no idea. What a sambles

Mailed documents express post expecting them to be delivered next day or 2nd day. They were important. Posted on 19/10, arrived after27/10. Very poor

My experience with delivery was okay. The delivery was on time, but the driver didn't ring the doorbell or knock, so I almost missed it. Just a small hiccup in an otherwise standard delivery

I had a terrible experience . They left my package out in the rain without any protection, and it was damaged when it finally arrived. Customer service wasn't much help either!!!

Really disappointed!!! My package was delayed without any clear reason, and it ended up arriving a week later than expected. Not what I signed up for.

Absolutely thrilled with Australia Post this time! They delivered my package right on time, even in a remote area. The courer was super friendly and even gave me a heads up before arriving. Top-notch service!
