EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED…19 days to deliver a small parcel from Melbourne to Hobart. What’s happened Australia Post?

Only the very basic tracking information is available, and that's through a third party. I get a 403 error on any Aust Post tracking site attempt. Even login to tracking. I don't care where it was five days ago, I want to know when it will arrive. Nothing I order, that is delivered by Australia Post comes anywhere near its projected delivery date. I only wish there was less than one star available to rate this rubbish.

It has been five weeks since the parcel was sent and the receiver has not received it yet. Very poor service.

Booked a parcel in at Kooringal PO (wagga), Paid for Express on Thursday 15th February, attendant said express would get to Stanmore the next day, checked on Friday 16th Feb., 1530hrs, parcel according to Aus Post tracking hasn't left the Kooringal PO. So much for paying extra for express, what a rip off, standard post would be just as quick. Difference in price not the concern, just that being told one thing when there appears to be no chance of it happening is something else.

My order has taken far too long to be delivered and updates have stopped coming I am very unhappy ... A parcel supposed to be delivered in 5days It is now Day 14 and still waiting

I sent a parcel normal post 2 weeks ago,recipient received it in 5 buisness days,vic to rockhampton.Someone sent me a parcel express post,rockhampton to vic,it took 8 buisness days.my question is what are we paying extra for?

If I get my delivery I may be okay but reading other reviews I am not to expectant at all.

Pay extra for express and to go 500 kms a week later still not arrived. Getting worse aus post.

My parcel went from Waroona in w.a to be sent to broome wa. Now tracking has shown to being sent to regency Park Adelaide. Go figure .not happy

The package has been in the Australia Post warehouse for 15 days (19/12/2023～02/01/2024), When will it be received?
