Blue Dart is by far the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Their customer support is useless, tracking updates are misleading, and parcels are either delayed endlessly or never arrive at all. They have zero accountability and absolutely no professionalism. It’s shocking that such a company is still operating. If you value your time and money, avoid Blue Dart at all costs. Pathetic service, irresponsible staff, and a nightmare for customers. Never again! Blue Dart is an absolute disgrace of a delivery service. They operate with zero reliability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for customers. Their staff is incompetent, their system is broken, and their customer care is a complete joke. Packages are delayed, lost, or dumped without notice. This is not a courier company — it’s a scam that wastes people’s time and money. Horrible, shameful, and completely unacceptable. Blue Dart is hands down the most pathetic excuse for a courier company. Their so-called “service” is nothing but lies, delays, and utter carelessness. The staff doesn’t care, the support team is clueless, and the company as a whole is a disaster. They treat customers like trash and get away with it. Worst courier ever — unreliable, unprofessional, and absolutely worthless.

Main product still not delivered to me I am waiting for it at last 6 or 7 days and still now I am make a hope that my parcel come quickly but my hope is going to waste I am totally frustrated and I will lot of days it's my last request that you have to deliver my parcel before 20 September 2025 and you not deliver my order on 20 September 2025 so I am going to case on you that you not providing right situation of my product and date of product that you deliver to me and I'm totally frustrated about your facilities so I am going to kiss on you in police or in a court that you not providing right situation of my product last few days
