I am writing to express my concern regarding the delivery of my Axis Bank debit card with tracking ID 35281377563. It has been over 10 days since I was expecting the delivery, but I have yet to receive the parcel. I contacted customer care but was informed that the delivery is currently on hold and that I need to pay Rs. 5 to unhold the process. However, customer person was not given a clear explanation for this charge. Additionally, the customer care representatives communicated only in Hindi, which I do not understand well, and were unable to provide satisfactory answers. One executive repeatedly greeted me with "Asalamualaikum" but did not respond to my queries, and the call was abruptly disconnected.I also received a message stating that there was no consignee at my address, but I have been present at the delivery location during this period. Moreover, I was not contacted by the delivery person at any time. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and provide a solution. If possible, please share the contact details of the delivery person so I can coordinate directly to receive my card. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

I am book one parcel on 10of october 2025 from Aagra to nasik by blue dart express of sweet which expire in 10 days because of service of yours is fast and in time but today is 24 octomber and yet my parcel which expire not recived to me rather than on line tracking shows is come to my city nasik on 12th of October in nasik hub,then why too late, it's service is very wrost and i am personaly disappointed aboute this bad service of blue dart, friends in future do not use this bakwas blue dart in any how conditions

I booked a courier and made payment through UPI, but cancelled it within 1 hour. It has been 13 days now, and I haven’t received my refund. The courier was already returned to me by the delivery boy, yet the consignee is still getting messages that the parcel will be dispatched on 29th Oct. Very poor service and no proper update from Blue Dart

Urgent Complaint – Delayed Delivery and Unprofessional Behavior by Blue Dart Dear Blue Dart Team, I’m writing this to express my frustration with your extremely poor service. I had booked a Speed Post courier, paying extra for fast delivery, but it has been delayed for several days without any valid reason. The tracking details show that my parcel has already reached Agra, yet it hasn’t been delivered to the recipient. Shockingly, the recipient is being told to come and collect the parcel themselves, which is completely unacceptable — especially for a paid delivery service. On top of that, none of your customer care numbers are being answered, and there’s no update or support from your end. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing. It genuinely feels like I’m being cheated after paying for speed service. I request you to take immediate action and ensure that my courier is delivered to the correct address without any further delay

Tracking No. - 80918575706 Why has your delivery person not come for the delivery? Instead, the status shows "No consignee in address." How could the address be mentioned if you are unable to deliver to it? This is completely unfair. We spoke to the delivery person and informed him to come and deliver the package, but he did not respond or deliver the item. His behavior was rude and unprofessional. Please look into this matter urgently and ensure the delivery is completed as soon as possible.
