Commendable job. Received the parcel within 3 days, we reside in a remote area, a 50 kms away from the Town where Blue Dart Agency is based. A door step delivery by bike. Thank you.

3rd class company be safe keep distance

Blue Dart is a premium courier service. Sadly they do not understand the meaning of premium, neither they are an any good courier service. Take their time leisurely for deliveries, wrong updates blaming customers that they refused delivery if they fail to deliver. Blue dart also has a major data leak where customers are contacted by scammers. This is my personal view/experience.

My order was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days after 23 rd october that was date of order now its almost 1 month my order is literally vanished worst courier

It's been 2 weeks and still haven't received my product...... Slow as a snail. And not even a single costumer care number is reachable. I spit on the service.
