I am ordering shoes from 13 oct 2025 and website say parcel delivery is on 18 oct 2025 but today at 19 oct parcel not delivered.

Parcel shipped from Delhi and was suppose to reach Tiruppur on 16th Oct. Still not received and shows different warehouse names. Customer care not giving proper response. Not able to track live tracking either. Very worst experience

Totally Worst service. No one is picking up the phone, since yesterday the goods are showing online that they have left for delivery but they have not arrived yet even after being 10 km away.

These people don't think from the customer's perspective. On the day of delivery, I somehow missed taking the delivery. So, I rescheduled for the next day, but on the next day, I got the message saying that the delivery was tried, but the home was closed, and asking again to reschedule. They didn't even visit my home, it was not closed. I was available at home.

Third class service. My parcel only one time attending due to mobile no Wrongly entered by company... Delivery boy is not delivered to my parcel but after that there is no any service giving to till date. Parcel booked on 7.10.25 First attempt. 11.10.25. Still there is no any update regarding my parcel.
