These people don't think from the customer's perspective. On the day of delivery, I somehow missed taking the delivery. So, I rescheduled for the next day, but on the next day, I got the message saying that the delivery was tried, but the home was closed, and asking again to reschedule. They didn't even visit my home, it was not closed. I was available at home.
