Do you people pay salaries to your staff or not? The second thing is that when you call, your phones are busy for two hours. Are you sitting there with customer care open? The third thing is that which one of you is there in the warehouse? People's warehouse has the same parcel, mine is lying there for 5 days, no one is going to deliver yet

Absolutely pathetic service..!! The status shows the package has reached their Bangalore warehouse and it’s been sitting there for over a week now.. the tracking status is marked as “Exception”. No explanation..!! The customer service is completely hopeless..!!
