I have ordered item on 7 th October and article reached Alwarpet on 12-10-2024. Till now it was delivered. Very poor and bad service.

It's been seven days that I've been waiting for my parcel and there are some important documents and those are needed badly..I dropped my phone number as well but I haven't received any call or message..please do something for me because those things are for my job.

My shipment showing received in Barabanki on 9 oct 24, and out for delivery form 14 oct. today is 16 still i am waiting revive there is no contact to reach out to him very very poor service
