Very poor service ...I didn't receive my parcel......no calls no msgs nothing......there are important medicines in the parcel which we want urgently but they are unable to provide there services on time....disgusting

Your facility is so bad so bad what to say it is not available when needed

I have not received my product. Please do something. Bludart assured me to arrive my product on 10.10.2024. But time-line is already over. Please do something.

Very very poor service by blue dart Waiting since 5 days for my parcel every day msg comes out for delivery and then status shown as adress incomplete Even after talking to delivery boy and making him understand adress verbaly he did not delivered the parcel and marked as incorrect adress sevond time and on phone call same number he is not picking phone call

My packet was sent on 08/10/2024 morning from Siliguri to reach Kolkata yesterday as assured . It has not reached me as yet 7.35 pm 10/10/2024 . Very poor service

They are the masters of untraceable packages

Delivery address is clearly there and Contact number also there. But still they are not able to call me and saying delivery address is incorrect and that too Bangalore.. Very Poor Service by Bluedart .. Worst
