My courier has not delivered and it has been delayed by 3 days and asking to 9 rs for unhold for address confirmation, just scamming people We have place order for our urgency but making trouble in this

Poor coordination with the booking and tracking service.No answer to question about my packet in spite of 7 days tracking The package is stuck enroute Pune to Mumbai but no feedback from company or customer care . Utter irresponsibility on part of the staff May have been tutored to keep mum and secretive about enroute loss of parcel No reply to email or calls,never to trust Blue Dart for your parcel or important letter. Useless courier service charges for urgent delivery but no trace of letter even After 7 days. No 77221878414

Consignment no 33--64--0-2 is not delivered and not even called over the phone for address confirmation. Just mentioned that No consignee at the mentioned address and returning to bank

I have not seen such a pathetic courier service, i will never use blue dart in my life I recommend everyone not to use blue dart services 99% probability of courier missing/delay and irresponsible answers from their respective

Horrible service, constantly changing delivery dates. If you can't deliver on time why don't you inform beforehand, atleast person would be prepared.

Delivered on time

It is a scam. They tell you that your parcel is on hold and needs to be re-registered. They ask you to pay Rs. 5 through internet banking. The page that opens is not of your bank but something else.

Very irresponsible to dispatch orders , not fixed estimate date

They r not on time.. They change the estimated delivery date. They miss rooted the parcel. I'm so disappointed.. For them I missed my event.
