Frequently I recive parcels but Tru blue dart they update I'm not available, but no1 called me n I haven't rescheduled my delivery.

Worst service I have seen. Very careless people. No dedication towards work. Not even call the consignee and put remark like incomplete address/ incorrect address/ person not available blah blah. Such kind of lazy, value less, illiterate, arrogant people should be removed from service. If the company itself have no ethics and value then please shut it down. Let others who value customer time and money keep on working.

At 20.00 these guys are approaching office address. Obviously, no body will be there. Immediately a message will be flaged- Delivery of your new. XXXX attempted on 23-07-24 by BLUEDART 33501942364 was unsuccessful. Dear BLUEDART Either you are not paying your staff or you are hiring nonsense for service. Check the lapses....

What a poor service, not confirmed who can take the order.

Document no. 33485758946 remains undelivered and fake status is uploaded everytime . No attempt is being made. No OTP or phone call received . I have experienced this first time in my life the kind of pathetic service and of very low standard . You need to do something about it or the company will disappear very soon from market.
