My previous experience with the Blue Dart Company is very very bad as they lost my original passport which was delivered to the concerned employee at Katni but they lost it in the transit as a result I couldn't get the benefit of foreign trip provided by my employer.

There was a courier 33915928314. Bluedart was message that your parcel is on the way I was waiting for this morning - evening but someone not comes at my home or not call on my phone. At last 7 pm message from bluedart consigee was not available. Bluedart is not fare for deliver your parcel at right time. They have not responsible dilivery boy

My principal company booked a parcel from Noida to bbsr by Air on 23.09.2024 but yet we are not getting Material. I call customer care they didn't provide exact time when they deliver it's very painful and bad experience
