Given my experience, I would advise against using Blue Dart Courier for any courier services. Their unreliable service and poor customer support make them untrustworthy.

My Parcel Coming From Nippon India But the Blue Dart Service will give the to sub courier service But fact is this courier service told me the your parcel is on hold for mismatch the address you will re-registration the parcel and paid the few amount then you will get the parcel. Blue Dart Service is so cheap Courier Service.

The worst service ever i have seen from bluedart they are jst stand for muntiplying their money ....they doesn't matter for customer service ..my shipment stuck in near branch but they are unable to deliver till 12 sep still it is pending

My courier is there in Adajan office surat since last 10 days when I asked for the courier they said you have to pay extra otherwise courier will get returned. What rubbished they people were talking and that courier is from bank side

Frustrating Experience with BlueDart - Unreachable Contact Number! I recently needed to get in touch with BlueDart regarding an urgent package delivery issue. After searching online for the contact number I found the number and tried calling multiple times. To my surprise and frustration, the number was completely unreachable! What’s the point of providing a contact number if it’s not going to work? This is not only unprofessional but also extremely inconvenient for customers who need quick support. I expected better service from a company like BlueDart. If you're going to advertise a contact number, at least ensure it can be reached! Extremely disappointed.

16/09/2024 my parcel was not delivered by Blue dart, but in Amazon app it is written that it was delivered. Where is the product and courier - no idea! 16th of Spetember there were no calls, no entries from any couriers to my compaund for delivery. I filled complaint with Amazon customer service. Still waiting for the product.
